The drive to raise standards in schools depends on the skills and commitment of the whole school team.  SIPS provided a comprehensive range of training and development opportunities for your whole school’s workforce.

Our full programme of specialist education-based training and conferences include sessions relating to human resources, school information management (SIMS), governance, leadership and management, NQTs, teaching assistants, health and safety, safeguarding, teaching and learning, behaviour management etc.  All courses and conferences are held at our well-equipped and easy to access conference/training facility in West Bromwich – The Fourth Floor, Guardian House.  In addition, many of our courses are accredited

Alongside our training programmes our staff can design programmes based on your specific requirements and deliver this in school at training days, twilights etc.

In addition, our Fourth-Floor training space can be hired for external events (courses, conferences, meeting space etc.) accommodating anything from 2 to 100 delegates.
