Our activities and support align with Statutory Guidance for Careers in Schools and Colleges as well as the Gatsby Benchmarks. Our aim is to ensure your young people have up to date information and guidance about progression routes into education and employment to allow for informed decisions to be made about their future. All our career activities are bespoke, therefore addressing the needs and aspirations of each young person, and the career team at SIPS maintain a relationship with a wealth of employers to make sure we are delivering in line with industry needs and that students are accessing accurate information about the world of work.

We are part of the Black Country Careers Hub Team which sits under the West Midlands Combined Authority, ensuring up to date career learning and development for staff and networking with the wider career hub teams.

Each year we value SIPS Education and the excellent events they organise and run, which we find to be an important contribution to our careers programme within our school. The quality of the service provided is excellent, enabling the students to receive a valuable and meaningful experience. The recent mock interviews were no exception. The days were well organised and executed.
