We continue to work with Sandwell schools to build and support their music offer. It is our goal
to encourage every school in Sandwell to work with us, so that there is an equity of opportunity
for children to learn a musical instrument during their time at school.

On May 10th 2019 the SIPS IT team were only too proud to receive their Accreditation award from Alan Dean, Services Director at Capita.  The accreditation is a significant milestone recognising the high-quality support we deliver, which in turn allows you to be confident that the quality of the support you receive is exceptional!

This is not just a rubber stamp from Capita, it required a comprehensive self-evaluation process along with supporting evidence for each area targeted.  You all had a chance to have your say and complete an online survey – A big thank you from SIPS to those of you who did so, there were some great comments which let us know that you appreciate the high quality of our service.

Thank you to Great Barr Primary School and Moseley School who were visited by Capita so that they could give a more detailed feedback, seeing how SIPS partnership works first-hand.  There was a prize draw for all those who responded to the survey and the winner was Sarah from St John Bosco – congratulations Sarah!

The Professional Services Project Manager from Capita spent a day with us and confirmation of the award arrived in March stating that:

SIPS IT offer a very good value service and an excellent level of service’.
