We are the region’s only not-for-profit schools’ owned co-operative. Because we’re 100% owned by our members, we have no shareholders or owners to take a profit from vital education budgets.
From essential professional services such as end-to-end HR and payroll, schools finance, governance, safety services, IT network infrastructure and support for the major MIS providers, we also teach music as members of the Black Country Music Hub, and support ECTs and young students with their career aspirations. We also feed thousands of hungry tummies every day through our LACA accredited catering team! Trusted by, and accountable to over 375 schools and Trusts across the West Midlands, we’re operationally lean, responsive to schools’ needs, and take huge pride in providing an amazing service: we’re part of a school’s essential infrastructure.
At SIPS Education, we’re committed to supporting our people just as much as the schools and communities we serve. We offer a range of valuable benefits, continuous learning and development opportunities, and a strong focus on wellbeing — because when our team thrives, so do the children we support.
