Work related learning - a new form of delivery
Year 13 pupils received a mock interview with a representative from the business world who was able to provide a realistic interview process, verbal and written feedback for pupils to reflect on next time they have an interview. Where possible, pupils were matched to an interviewer with experience related to the career interest they had which enabled them to give impartial careers guidance.
