As the regional partner of Haybridge Teaching School Hub, SIPS work with schools across the West Midlands and support over 250 schools and 800 ECTs annually.

An Early Career Teacher (ECT) cannot commence Statutory Induction unless the school appoints an Appropriate Body. The Appropriate Body is a quality assurance role within the induction process of ECT.
